About

Dr. Lucie Low is a Scientific Program Manager for the NIH Tissue Chips for Drug Development program at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She manages a large program of research grants focused on development and implementation of tissue chips, also known as ‘organs-on-chips’. Dr. Low obtained her Masters and PhD in Neuroscience from University College London in the UK, completed a postdoctoral position at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and joined NIH as a Visiting Research Fellow in 2012.
